About Notion outages
Notion stores everything as blocks synchronised to the cloud, so an outage typically presents as pages that load in a read-only state, edits that silently fail to persist, or a sidebar that will not expand. The desktop app is a wrapper around the same web application and offers no meaningful offline capability, so it fails with it.
