What this page is, and what it is not
Everything listed above failed our own automated check, twice in a row, from our servers. Nothing here comes from a user report, and nothing here comes from a company’s own status page. It is one measurement, taken from one network, repeated every 20 minutes.
Why a service can be broken for you and absent from this list
Our probe asks one server for one page. That misses three whole classes of outage: A failure confined to one country or one internet provider, a failure in the mobile app while the website is fine, and a failure of a feature rather than the site - login refusing, a feed staying empty, checkout declining. In all three cases the page we request still answers, so we record the service as up.
That is exactly the gap the reports page covers. If a service is broken for you and not listed here, it is worth looking at what other people are reporting before assuming the problem is yours.
Why a service appears here and works perfectly for you
The reverse happens too. A service can be failing from our network and fine from yours, most often because of a regional edge failure or a route problem between two networks. The right test is to check it yourself from our servers and compare with your own browser.
How quickly this page updates
- Every 20 minutes for the full sweep of all 90 services.
- Twice before listing. A service must fail two consecutive checks, so the earliest anything appears here is one re-probe after the first failure.
- Immediately on recovery. A service leaves this list on its first successful check, and the incident moves to the outage log.
